Kelly Osbourne released on bail
Kelly Osbourne
, daughter of Ozzy Osbourne, rock singer is out of the jail on bail and was arrested on January 2, this year for slapping a journalist, Zoe Griffin, for mocking her present boyfriend and model, Luke Worrell. According to Daily Mail, the incident had occurred in August, 2008 in the popular Soho district hangout, Punk.
The issue was about an article written by Zoe that stated that Kelly had called Luke stupid because he didn’t know what an earthquake was. Kelly said, “I have an issue with you. My boyfriend knows what an earthquake is and everyone has been laughing at him and he’s upset”. Immediately after this she gave a hard slap on Zoe’s right cheek.
However, Kelly has been released on bail but she will have to report and attend a hearing of the case in March. Kelly’s representative refused to comment on the issue but a Metropolitan Police confirmed the news without disclosing her name in press.
Since last year, Kelly and Luke have been dating and neither confirmation nor denial has come form either side about the rumor of their engagement.
